Designed for young adults and adults ready to work at an integrated job within their community. VSS offers employment supports through ACCES-VR Job Placement and Supported Employment Services, as well as, through OPWDD Waiver funded Extended Supported Employment Services and the Intensive Employment Training Program. We excel at finding individual job placements in positions and businesses that fit each person’s personal needs and employment goals. As a result, the average length of employment for the people we support is 11 years, with 8 employees who have been working at their current jobs for 20+ years. We have openings and employment opportunities through three distinct services:
• Traditional Supported Employment
• Employment Training Program
• Pathway to Employment
