Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Responsible for supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Assist individuals at their residence by providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting and recreation activities in accordance with their level of functioning.
Activity Coach (AC)
Responsible for supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a day service program. Assist individuals by providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting and recreation activities in accordance with their level of functioning.
Certified Teacher
Participates as lead member of the instructional staff to provide direct instructional services to all students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the areas of academic skills, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills, language/communication, vocational skills, recreation and community functioning. Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and documenting all aspects of the Educational Program.
Certified Teacher Assistant
Participates as a member of the instructional staff to facilitate the learning of all students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the areas of academic skills, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills, language/communication, vocational skills, recreation and community functioning. Provides direct instructional services to students under the general supervision of a certified licensed teacher.
Teacher Aide
Responsible to assist the classroom teacher with the day-to-day planning and implementation of programs in assigned classrooms and for the care and safety of the students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Care includes but is not limited to Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as feeding, bathing, dressing and toileting.
Lunch Aide
Responsible to assist the classroom teacher with the daily supervision and preparation of the student lunches.
Employment Training Specialist (ETS)
Responsible for the implementation of vocational support services designed to evaluate, train, place and maintain community based work internships and competitive employment opportunities for the individuals.
Recreation Specialist
Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency’s recreation curriculum including any special functions, which includes, coordinating special evening/weekend recreation functions.
Crisis Intervention Specialist (CIS)
Is a role model for support staff during behavioral interventions and monitors interactions between individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and staff to help create an environment that promotes the individuals’ success and independence.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the medical care of individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Accountable for ensuring the individuals receive the highest quality of medical care necessary.
House Manager
Responsible for the efficient operations of the adult residence. Ensure proper training and evaluation of caseload staff. Accountable for supervision, discipline and evaluations of Direct Support Professional staff. Required to be 24 hours on-call for emergency situations.
Assistant House Manager
Assists the House Manager with the day-to-day operations of the residence, the assigned caseload and staff supervision. Responsible to play the role of the House Manager in their absence.
