COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Our frontline staff hourly rates range from $18.82 - $24.50 (including differentials).
- Enhancements: typically provided annually. Successfully distributed for six consecutive years (not guaranteed).
- Generous paid holidays (14) and Paid Time Off (PTO) packages (3 - 6 weeks annually depending on hours) with buy back options.
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus and $2,500 Employee Referral Bonus.
- 403 (b) Retirement Contributions: 0.25% employer match guaranteed for every 1% an employee contributes, up to a 1.25% maximum. Annual employer contributions given: 6% in 2022 and 1.5% in 2023 & 2024 (not guaranteed each year).

- Paid training, career development and tuition/certification reimbursement: development opportunities, continuing education (CE) opportunities through LMS and $5,000 annual tuition assistance allowance available.
