The Center for Developmental Disabilities provides a wide variety of day programs and residential services for both children and adults, as well as employment services and community integration. Founded in 1958 with the first Children's Day Program, the Center now provides comprehensive services to children and adults living with disabilities. Come join the team and help support our mission! Sign-On Bonus - $1,000$500 after 6 Months |
Sign-On Bonus (New House) - $2,500$250 after 1 Month |
| A new hire is eligible for a sign-on bonus when the new hire starts (at 1 month they will receive $250 and at 4 months they will receive $750 for a total of $1,000). Once the new house opens, the new hire will receive the remaining bonus at each time frame for a total sign-on bonus of $2,500 at 1 year. |
Referral Bonus - $1,500$750 after 6 Months |
Referral Bonus (New House) - $2,500$1,250 after 6 Months |
| Employees who would receive the current referral bonus after a new employee is employed for 6 months are eligible for the new house referral bonus amount if the employee commits to a position at the new house. If the new house is not open at each time frame for the new house referral bonus, the current referral bonus amount will be paid until the new house opens. |
