COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Our frontline staff hourly rates range from $17 - $23.65 (including differentials).
  • Enhancements: provided annually for the last six years (not guaranteed).
  • Generous paid holidays (14) and Paid Time Off (PTO) packages (3 - 6 weeks annually depending on hours) with buy back options.
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and $1,500 Employee Referral Bonus.
  • 403 (b) Retirement Contributions: 0.25% employer match for every 1% an employee contributes, up to a 1.25% maximum match at a 5% employee contribution. Annual employer contributions given: 6% in 2022 and 1.5% in 2023 (not guaranteed each year).

  • Paid training, career development and tuition reimbursement: development opportunities available and $5,000 annual tuition assistance allowance available.
  • Longevity: 30% of Center employees have been employed at the Center for 10 plus years.
